notary_logoani1I am your notary public commissioned by  the  State of California Secretary of State. This is my second commissioned season. I’ve completed my first 5 years commissioned season last year and I am up to the task  until 2012 to sever the public.  Mostly I do my Notary from my office. Since I live in the area I can be in my office in few minutes. I am also the first speak Amharic speaker on San Diego County commissioned as Notary Public. That allows me to serve the Amharic speaking community in San Diego and area well.   My signature as a duly commissioned, qualified, act Notary Public  has  been verified by various occasions by San Diego County Record Office, Secretary of State (Honourable Debra Bowen) and By Department of State(Honourable Hillary Random Clinton ).

I love serving people and I am doing my best to be there when I am my services is needed. If I am not  in office please call me and I will tell you in what time I will be in my office. Mostly I will be in my office in normal business hrs.

Assembly Bill 886 (Chapter 399, Statutes of 2007) was signed into law and makes several significant changes in current notarial law, including the amendment of Civil Code section 1189 as described below.

Effective January 1, 2008, the identity of the person making the acknowledgment may no longer be established by personal knowledge alone. Civil Code section 1185. The certificate of acknowledgment is now executed under penalty of perjury and must be in the form set forth in Civil Code section 1189.

 If you the document which will be notarized does not have these wordings I will give you the latest Certificate of Acknowledgment  page. All Acknowledgments should have this wordings
