YebboTravel Agency is looking for motivated travel consultants able to work remotely as part-time or full-time travel consultants or booking agents.

Education:  2 years diploma or higher, graduated in travel and tourism-related fields

Skill: More than 3 years of experience working in one of these booking engines

SABER, World Span, Amadeus, or Galileo booking systems.

Able to communicate with passengers in a timely manner.

Good communication skills.

Duties: Make new reservations, follow up on existing reservations, process cancelations, and flight changes, remind passengers about their upcoming trips and notify them about changes and cancelations.

Fluent in English & Amharic

Abel to use WhatsApp,  Viber, or Massager Apps.

Have a reliable computer and internet connection. Able to respond in a timely manner to text & digital messages, phone calls, and emails
